Ash is a Registered Psychologist who specializes in supporting first responders, veterans, and others who have experienced trauma. With a deep respect for the unique challenges of service work, he helps clients process difficult experiences and move toward recovery using evidence-based approaches such as Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Prolonged Exposure (PE).
In addition to trauma treatment, Ash also works with clients who are navigating broader life challenges such as identity concerns, loss of meaning, or existential crises. Whether someone is coping with the weight of critical incidents or struggling to understand themselves in new ways, Ash provides a safe and compassionate space to explore, reflect, and heal.
Ash’s approach is collaborative and grounded in respect, meeting each client where they are while supporting them in building resilience, strengthening relationships, and reconnecting with purpose. He believes that healing is not only about reducing symptoms, but also about rediscovering meaning and living authentically.
